I am proud to call the Villas Tech Ridge my new apartment home for the past six months. My husband and I visited over a half dozen of apartments prior to selecting The Villas. Believe me when I say, we did our research on each property (down to the littlest detail). For a one bedroom apartment, the rent here is very high. I thought it would be worth it to have a large apartment close to work. And the models were very impressive. Only after signing my lease did I realize that the back of the property turns into a "river" of water when it rains, which turns into a cesspool of mosquitoes at my back door. Mosquitoes literally SWARM in CLOUDS outside my doors, and fill the hallway to my apartment.
