Let me just say if I sound a little pissed off in my writing I am and that doesn’t happen very often. I have a daughter that has live in the Villas for over 2 years and her experience has been up and down. They’ve been held responsible for damage that was preexisting issues, had fees added that nobody could explain, had maintenance workers go in without scheduling or letting them know why. Top-notch management and a gorgeous, safe facility! As the mother of a young female student, what more could you ask for?
