Let me just say if I sound a little pissed off in my writing I am and that doesn’t happen very often. I have a daughter that has live in the Villas for over 2 years and her experience has been up and down. They’ve been held responsible for damage that was preexisting issues, had fees added that nobody could explain, had maintenance workers go in without scheduling or letting them know why. This is my second semester living at The Villas and I love it. The complex is very nice and the apartments are huge.
I've lived here for just over three months and the water pipes connected to my apartment have bursted on three separate occasions. In the contract it states Villas doesn't have to cover any inconveniences so be cautious when signing. The management won't care and won't help what so ever if you don't have water for five days straight.
