Terrible!! Horrible!! My daughter had numerous problems. Hot water heater kept breaking leading to having to shower in cold water and the problem was never resolved. I was told it was just the way it was installed and that many residents experienced this issue. The Villas is the most expensive place to live near UB North Campus and their services do not match up with their price. My experience at the Villas on Rensch was disappointing. Throughout the year I encountered many problems, for example, my hot water heater kept breaking leading to having to shower in cold water and the problem was never resolved. One of the workers here stole the sprinkler out of my yard to water the grass. (even though they had tons) real classy.
