Very high rent and you still have to pay during the summer. Then they send you extra bills for utilities even when my daughter isn't living there in the summer. Beware of extra charges and high rent!
Terrible!! Horrible!! My daughter had numerous problems. Hot water heater kept breaking leading to having to shower in cold water and the problem was never resolved. I was told it was just the way it was installed and that many residents experienced this issue. The Villas is the most expensive place to live near UB North Campus and their services do not match up with their price.
