I recommend avoiding this place! After putting in my application the man that called to go over my application was unfriendly as soon as I told him I would cancel after the rent would be higher than quoted. I did get a follow up from the property offering me the original rent amount but I decided to decline because I had lost trust. When putting in the applications it was supposed to be free with a fully refundable $250 deposit. I received a check for $130 keeping $120 for the application fees. this is possibly the worst kept housing i have ever had the misfortune if having to sleep in are air conditioner hasnt worked on multiple occasions pls save yourself do not come here
All the 5 star reviews are for the the apartments them selves, not the person running the place, the turn over is crazy, the additional fees they tack on are outrageous, California at least is honest and up front about their rentals, and also cheaper, everyday people are moving out, so they always have vacancy's. And it's pretty regular to see people's belongings in the dumpsters! Don't let the fake smiles fool ya, once they get you in watch what you say, they will do there best to bully you!
Bad people, bad company, they never answer the phone they dodge you and give you the run around they tell you. “You are not approved for a 3bed room but you are approved for a 2 bedroom at a higher price due to credit” these people violate fair housing laws do not apply you will regret it.
