The worse customer service. I applied on 06/23 and still have yet to have a formal update. I was advised I will get my holding deposit back in the amount of $250. However, I have yet to receive any updates, any call backs to my multiple voicemails or a response from my email. They are doing some shady ish and are refusing to rectify this situation. Living at Villas on Olive has been a wonderful experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable apartments in a convenient location. The management team is outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help—while maintenance requests are handled promptly. They truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard, supported, and part of a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hassle-free living experience.
I've lived here for a few months now and I loved it so far. The staff/management is great and maintenance always comes quickly when I have an issue
This is such a great place to live, I haven't had any actual problems the entire time I've lived here. All my neighbors are very genuine and nice, the staff is very attentive, the maintenance comes so quickly the few times I've needed them for minor issues. It's also a great location if you have kids since its close to school and parks. Very glad I ended up moving here when I came to AZ and you will be glad you also moved here!!
