Nice property in a convenient location with clean rooms. The overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by everyone—from the office staff to the maintenance team—as they are all very friendly and always do their utmost to help. The maintenance crew—Chris, Brianda, and Eulises—are very efficient and prompt; honestly, I have never had a single issue with anything, and the property is always kept in impeccable condition. Furthermore, Kenia in the office is always available to assist with whatever you might need; everyone here is truly helpful and kind.

Villas on Olive is an amazing community! The craftsman-style homes, resort-style pool, and private access to Pioneer Park make it such a wonderful place to live. The high-end finishes and spacious layouts truly make it feel like home. A special shoutout to Nivi, who made our family’s move-in experience seamless and stress-free. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Highly recommend both the community and Nivi!
