Old appliances.....I had to buy a countertop oven to bake pies etc because the oven temperature is so iffy even after maintenance came and fixed it.....not. When the residents above us use the washer or dishwasher late at night it might as well be in our apartment because there is zero sound proofing and I swear they have lead boots on. some days I think they are bouncing a heavy ball on the floor. I have yet to have a decent nights sleep. We will find somewhere else whn our lease is up!!!!!!
We’ve enjoyed our stay for 2 years and it was peaceful. But the last few months the peace and quiet is no more. Lots of pool parties with Inappropriate behavior and no consideration to people who live close to the pool. We are the only apartment without a garage and people have no regard and continuously try to take our reserved parking spot. Disappointed with the changes that are transpiring....�
Beautiful community. All apartments come with a one or two car garage. Quiet and peaceful. Office staff is great and maintenance quick. Gated community, you can only get in with a remote or use the callbox to call the lease holder to open the gate from their phone. Great neighborhood. Close to freeway access. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Friendly neighbors. Have nothing but good things to say about this place. I highly recommend.
No parking because of the people who have 8 cars and 6 of them don't work, with covers over the cars and I get off work at 4am and have to walk a distance... and the closest spot has a car that hasn't mooved in weeks
