They are currently working on fixing up the apartments. Will update my rating probably. They are under new management so they seem to be better with repairs and maintenance. But it's a nice little apartment, especially if it's your first one. I've been here 3 months and I've seen improvements immediately once it changed hands. Right on the 14 and 17 bus lines and within walking distance of 11 bus line. Extremely close to Kroger's and shopping.
