I have lived here for a little over a year now and have not really had any issues, the community is quiet and pet friendly. Anytime I put a maintenance requests in for something to be fixed it was addressed the same day if not the day after (Reggie on the maintenance crew was very nice and knowledgeable). The trash situation is inconsistent and not being able to use the back gate for entry is inconvenient at times which sucks but the pros of living here outway those.
I’ve lived here for over a year, and recent changes have made this complex extremely frustrating to live in. Guest parking is poorly managed. There are maybeee six guest spots in the entire complex, all behind the gate. Any visitor, including dog sitters, house sitters, friends, or family members, must be registered through a link every single time and can only be let in by the resident through an app. There are no guest spots outside the gate, so visitors risk being towed. We had a partial power outage over the weekend—only one room in the apartment had lights, and the rest was completely dark. Since it was an emergency, we called the emergency number provided by management. The person on the line just took notes and said someone would get back to us, but they couldn’t do anything right away.
