We have been responsible and respectful tenants throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the current management has been disappointing, especially during recent interactions with the regional manager. She was unprofessional and overly focused on legalities, stating that any issue not reported within 48 hours of move-in is the tenant’s full responsibility, regardless of whether it’s normal wear and tear. The retreat at altamonte springs has always been kind to me. They have supported me while experiencing serious situations and has always been understanding. I've lived here for almost two years and because of the employees here, the community, signing up for another year lease was the easiest decision
