The AC has been broken since the day we moved in it’s been over a week and still nothing has been done. Every time we put in a request, they mark it as “completed,” yet nobody has come to even check the problem. On top of that, the master bedroom door is broken. We were told it would be fixed in a couple of days, and it’s still not fixed.
