Don’t live here. They absolutely do not care about residents- have lived here for 8+ years and “new management” has no empathy for renters. They have price gouged us at every turn, the newest is the water bill and their “resident water ratio”. I can hardly believe that two of us use 60$ in water. They have forced internet fee, even though ours has never worked. Your rent will go up every year, but this year it was 23% and it was for “new amenities” such as a grill station, a kids playground... all the stuff the sister proper... read more
