Company litters the streets with illegally placed bandit signs. Code enforcement called several times about the blight of their bandit signs on Babcock and on the 400 block of Hamilton Wolfe. They even had them placed in the median in disregard to state law. If they disrepect city code on bandit signs what other laws are they currently violating? Must be Hillary rodham Clinton supporters because like Hillary they think they are above the law.
The reviews below are old and before new company bought them out. I've heard great things about this Blanca, but she is no longer here. Colleen is still here with assistant manager Regina. I have never lived at a complex with such lousy Management! Several residents have heard Regina talk about how she hates dealing with the residents. I love this place! I've lived here going on 2 years and plan on renewing. It's a quiet complex, friendly tenants and staff. Very secure place to live and a really beautiful complex.
