Have lived by this Point West community for 20 years; always nice people and good neighbors in the Villas ! Now they have posted that local neighbors can not walk their dogs down their street. Walking tonight and a women ran into her home and told her boyfriend to come out to tell me I was not allowed to walk my dog here! Terrible neighbors! They don't like children or dogs..scary people. Stay segregated! He said it was the whole neighborhood; I hear differently from people who live there. So SAD! But they can have their CHE... read more

Wonderful place to live. The villas are well kept, as are the grounds and pool.I have owned an end unit villa in Pointe West for a number of years. This particular villa , has the lanai enclosed with windows on all sides.Tile and wood floors.A very quiet neighborhood, with pleasant neighbors , some of whom , get together on Saturday mornings for coffee, in the club house right next to the pool. Many of the villas have been updated inside. while the management oversees the outside painting and repair.
