When we arrived and began our move in process we found that the keys to the exterior garage we sticking. Isic was there in minutes with new shiny keys that work beautifully! That was a BIG DEAL because there is nothing worse than having a bag of groceries and needing to juggle door keys!
I MENTIONED TO Vianny that my AC was out. Instead of just telling me what size batteries I needed..or just handing me the needed batterird....Vianny came up to my apt...batteries in hand and installed them in my AC. A BIG DEAL TO ME as V. Knows that I have been going through a rough time. I was ..I am..most appreciative!
The service here is quick-responding and the service agents are nice and friendly. It is definitely silent and comfortable to live in.
