If I could leave zero I would. I was a professional, quiet, on time paying tenant. Coming from that point of view, this is what I have to say :They charge you for your carpet, even if you’ve stayed for a prolonged period of time when you move out for damage. They will not be returning your deposit, in fact, find ways that you have to pay more.. Their units are the price and then some of a nice mortgage. Twice a work order was scheduled and never heard anything. Not proper notice in entering. I’m waiting now for something that was scheduled 2 weeks ago.Other than that I’m happy with the staff & maintenance are friendly &helpful.
We lived there for about 4 years and had a wonderful experience. Megan and Amir were fantastic and always worked with us regarding anything we needed. Maintenance requests were promptly taken care of. We appreciate our time there and how well we were taken care of.
