ThIs complex would be so more appealing to future residents if management cleaned up property. I presume, it would not take much to invest in this endeavor. For instance, the balconies, laundry rooms and entry ways should be free and clear of years' worth of debris, leaves and dirt.
Obviously, the odor speaks to a much bigger problem such as mold or water damage and/or other issues! Marijuana? Seriously?
Sooo, now we received an email from property management that overwhelming smell in apartments and common spaces are due as a result of residents illegally smoking marijuana in the State of Kansas??
Stay clear of this DUMP! Apartment is filthy when you move in. Maintenance requests are ignored and some are even cancelled by property management with no explanation! Entire building smells of sulfur. Odor is overwhelming at times. I'm guessing it might be the 21 year old water heater in my apartment full of corrosion and rust, but who knows because management responds to NOTHING!
