A very quit community. Excellent location. Very well maintained.
I have several properties in this community that I manage and I can say the neighbors are great. It is a quiet community and none of my property owners/tenants have had any issues. The old HOA management company was a bit difficulty to communicate with. However the new management company is easy to communicate with and things are looking up.
This company is garbage, they will never help and always try to seem nice but never do nun for the people! I had parked in MY OWN parking and they still gave me a violation!! They are never clear on what they want! If you want to deal with them be ready to fight because thats the only way they’ll help you
The management is terrible. Whoever is in charge of managing the condominium seems like they have a business with towing services which damage the cars. The application they use is useless and they only allow 2 parking spaces per apartment and usually in a house with a family of 4 adults. There are 4 cars if you don't have business with the towing company, the tools they use to keep track are inefficient because the application doesn't work whatever your excuse.
