Nothing Good area to live in, love the neighborhood hate the parking, takes forever to get things fixed
Almost Perfect In 15 years of living in apartments, this place is one of my top three. Even without an upgraded unit, the place is great. Appliances work and aren't too old, the kitchen isn't bad, and it has a nice den, carpet, flooring, and walls. It isn't expensive to heat or cool, and the water bill is lower than what we are used to paying.
