My mom has been here for over a year, and the people and staff are great! Highly recommend.
My mother is a resident at the Villas of Peoria. She has a beautiful large apartment facing the enclosed courtyard which has a large flowerbed. All of the staff truly care for the residents. The CNA's treat the residents with love and respect. They promptly respond to the call button and other requests. The Villas also has a very caring cleaning staff and a fantastic maintenance man. Unreasonable, drama and messy yes no lies. Very unprofessional. Without hesitation not hearing my side of a false accusation was departed. I'm humble they discuss your business to everyone and laughs at people situations. It's not what you think facts! It's deep more to it than what the eyes can see! They fraternize alot clouding their professional judgement the employees are just that not your friends. My hippa rights were violated and was discriminated against. The villas in Bellevue is an awesome place. Moved Mom in about two months ago which was not an easy decision. From the initial interview to today the staff has been amazing and supportive. Thank you....
