I'm leaving a one star if I could do zero I would, it's highly unprofessional how i have been calling katlyn since Friday and left voicemails from Friday, Monday, and today Tuesday. We was scheduled for me to come in so I can give her my info so l can start work just for me to be turn around to "reschedule " I don't have a car so I had to take a Lyft there and the bus back home. The staff works great with outside providers. They are professional and caring, from management down.
Deedee has been amazing to help us acclimate my sweet uncle into his new apartment and routine. She’s helped us with what supplies to get, whom to contact for help regarding maintenance, times, meals, etc. - A special shout-out also to Mike in operations, who is phenomenal. Thank you for providing us with such caring staff, who are doing one of the hardest jobs and with so much responsibility!
Was fine working and very nice facility here, until you really see what it’s worth. Loved the residents I took care of and they loved me, management on the other hand could have been way way way better, too much favoritism being shown to certain employees, it’s very clicky on day shift, and you can clearly see it, if you bring anything up nothing gets resolved, scheduling sucks, feels like you have no life, when you request off it’s like pulling teeth. Management here will have you stressed out to the MAX!!!!!!!!
Amazing facility. I know a few people who work here and the staff in itself is super nice.
