The staff works great with outside providers. They are professional and caring, from management down.
Deedee has been amazing to help us acclimate my sweet uncle into his new apartment and routine. She’s helped us with what supplies to get, whom to contact for help regarding maintenance, times, meals, etc. - A special shout-out also to Mike in operations, who is phenomenal. Thank you for providing us with such caring staff, who are doing one of the hardest jobs and with so much responsibility!
Was fine working and very nice facility here, until you really see what it’s worth. Loved the residents I took care of and they loved me, management on the other hand could have been way way way better, too much favoritism being shown to certain employees, it’s very clicky on day shift, and you can clearly see it, if you bring anything up nothing gets resolved, scheduling sucks, feels like you have no life, when you request off it’s like pulling teeth. Management here will have you stressed out to the MAX!!!!!!!!

I am so happy my mother is a resident of Hollybrook in Belleville, IL. She really enjoys living there. The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. I not only see that everytime I visit, she reminds me of how much she enjoys living there and including the staff on a daily basis. I feel secure in knowing she is in a safe and happy environment.
