This review is compiled from multiple past and residents. Multiple apartments have a bug problem. The laundry room is more than half out of use. 90% of the larger dryers and washers are always down. They rarely refill their vending machines. The property manager is rude and unprofessional. Maintenance rarely manages to actually address a problem and/or fix it correctly. SLUM LORD – The entire business is shady and once you are in that like to threaten you with things about signing a contract, how much money they spent to get the apartment ready for you to move in. The entire staff will sell you a dream about how it's all about you and how everything will be brand new!
