Apartments and pool are beautiful, and the maintenance team are really nice. We have lived here for two years. We loved it, until this past year. Pool was out of commission for the first 3 weeks of summer due to pipes leaking and wasn't passing inspection. Granted, I don't work in the apartment industry, but you would think this would be one of those things you get inspected BEFORE summer, so you have a chance to get it fixed before opening day.
