Where do I start we were shown a 2x2 on the property and started the application process for it because of their failure to communicate they gave the apartment we applied for and we’re planning on moving in to another person, after we paid and sent over our info we scheduled to view the apartment as they say is mandatory before signing the lease but get this it wasn’t available to view till that Wednesday and somehow someone signed the lease from under us on Tuesday? I’m glad to have moved here. The apartment is spacious. Beautiful kitchen and balcony. I love the layout of these apartments as they look like townhomes and doors are distanced between neighbors. No noisy neighbors in the area i am at and I’m grateful for a good night sleep. Thank you for making a wonderful place to live at an affordable price.
I'm sorry. I feel like I need to say a few things. The cockroaches are out of control here. The walls in the bathrooms are terrible. There is one portion of wood between the stove and dishwasher that has never been connected properly. We have holes in the floor. Both of the pools are not open, and the one on the Jessica side hasn't been open since we m over in. Why would you close the other pool? We are allowed to use the pool at the complex next to us, but it's so gross and over chlorinated. The maintenance here is awful. M... read more
Been here for a year another to go , the only improvement they've done was put new windows on some apartments, luckily mine was chosen cause the apartment complex has had these massive garbage bins outside that picked up once a week at peak of dawn 6am. Yet they have the audacity to post a note on my door for having a box on my patio! It really sucks when you get robbed of two hours of sleep.
