I’ve been living at Villas Toronjas Green Water for a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Actually bad. Within the first month of moving in, my car was broken into and some things were stolen. Then, on Mother’s Day, some of my plants were stolen from my front porch. Recently, I experienced a second car break-in, and personal documents were stolen. This place is not safe at all. Dont rent from this place or any of the Greenwater properties in Tucson for that matter. Incompetant leasing staff, maintenance requests are a joke; you end up having to harass the leasing office to get someone to fix the issue, and not to mention this place is infested with roaches bad. Laundry room is small with very few washers/dryers that actually work. The only positive reviews for this place & Villa Las Toronjas II are left by employees.
