its better when the old guys are there, they pay attention to detail more than the younger guys. not disappointed but bummed out
Not one to post bad reviews. Truck was there for 4+ hours which is ok, but when I’m paying/ waiting that long I expect the truck to be PERFECT. I drive a small truck and was quoted 110 (I know right). Many areas of my truck weren’t even touched. My center consult, bed of my truck, etc. Got my money back because I couldn’t be without a vehicle for another day. Don’t. Come. Here. I get there and the guy in charge, gets my car wash order he told me $120 for full detail I took it at 11:00am and said it’ll be ready by 3:30-4. I get there at 4 and truck is parked in the rear with only the inside done. I told him nicely you know something came up I have to leave, can I just pay for inside. I ended up paying 103.95 just for the inside. I thought it was a little overpriced but I said business is business and they have to make profit. Wait time is ridiculous! They tell you one hr and 3 hrs later your vehicle still not even washed. They should be realistic and have consideration of the customers, don't lie about the wait time just to get more business in! Last time ever using them!!!
