I have complained about this various times, and now posting here in a desperate attempt at getting help. The villas used to be absolute paradise - peaceful, serene luxury living, as one would expect given the high cost these apartments come with. Recently, however, it seems some new residence have moved in, and they have completely taken over all of the common areas, hosting play dates for children every night, and all day every day on the weekend. Moved to Villas at Fashion Island five months ago. The grounds here are five star. In short it's basically living in an upscale hotel resort but the real stand out feature here are the quality people who work here. I began looking at units here nine months before I moved here. Casey one of the rental experts here very patiently kept her eyes open for exactly the unit I specified that would meet my exact needs. We've been living at Villa Fashion Island for over a year, and I can’t praise it enough. The property is impeccably maintained, with a warm and professional staff. The Chief Concierge Chuck Dobrowolsky goes above and beyond to assist residents and organizes plenty of enjoyable events. The yoga classes and gym are favorites for many, including me. Highly recommend!
I just moved into the Villas three weeks ago an I'm loving it here. Megan has helped me from the beginning and she is so wonderful. She has helped me with many things and couldn't be sweeter. I appreciate her and know if I have any question she's there to help.
