During an extremely stressful time where we experienced major water intrusion in our apartment that required us to vacate for two weeks, The Irvine Company took immediate action to fix the damage that the water intrusion caused. I just moved here last week and am very impressed. It’s like living in a 5-star resort. The grounds are kept impeccably clean, the gym and amenities are top notch, and the staff offer the service you’d expect in a 5-star hotel. It’s extremely well managed and maintained. Glad I moved here.
I lived at the Villas for a year, it was impeccable. The amenities are incredible, the community is warm and open. Great location at Fashion Island. Breanna and her team in resident services are very helpful on all the little details of move in/out and also daily living. An amazing residential community!
I love my new home here! Villas at Fashion Island is like a 5 star resort. The grounds are gorgeous, with palm trees and other lush, manicured landscaping. The gym, cafe, and outdoor relaxation areas are impressive. The apartments are spacious, sunny and modern. Megan and Cindy in the leasing office deserve special recognition. They went above and beyond, spending alot of time with me, answering my many questions and showing me several apartments, to help me find my ideal, perfect new home.
