Nasty! Drive through this place after hours people everywhere dogs barking, trash everywhere management doesn’t do anything dogs live on their patios for days.

I have a water leak in front of my house that causes mosquito larvae, and I have to sweep the water every morning to prevent mosquitoes from reproducing. I have already reported this to the office. This leak also prevents the use of the designated handicap parking space.
It is unfortunate that no action is being taken against individuals like the woman in Apt. 204. She is a relentless harasser and behaves in a repulsive and racist manner toward her neighbors. I have personally seen and heard her harassing others on multiple occasions over parking. She insists on having a spot reserved for herself, showing no consideration or respect for others, nor acknowledging that parking is open and on a first-come, first-served basis.
