I toured this complex Feb 2025 back when it was called Villas Del Paseo. I looked at a 3bdrm McKenzie style unit and was Sold.. I kept it in the back of my mind I would move here Fast forward to today August 1, 2025. I spoke with someone the day prior and asked about the Laurie style unit. I came with money order and documents in hand. With my previous experience in mind I had HIGH hopes and no backup plan. I am taken on a tour and I notice small things like the grass not being cut. I’ve lived here for almost five years and the difference under new management is night and day. Communication has improved, and residents are finally being heard. The property has gotten real upgrades — new asphalt, smart gates, new carports, and a modern gym and leasing office. They even tore down the old soccer field in the parking lot, and now there’s plenty of parking, even for guests. I’ve been a resident at this property for over 4 years and have seen it go through different owners. With the previous management, the experience was not great—especially in the office. It was hard to get help, the pool was always closed, and overall communication wasn’t the best. Since the new management took over about a year ago, everything has improved so much. People like Arvis in the office truly make a difference. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any issue. Now the pool is regularly open... read more
