If you move in, you will regret it. I have lived in a few truly horrible places, but this place definitely takes the cake. They have everything you would expect a horrible apartment to have. Flooding, rats, bedbugs, broken gates and doors, drug use, break-ins, and stolen vehicles. We've even had a few homicides! This place has it all! Full of roaches & rats, this place is not in living conditions... Me and my partner are UofA students and stayed here for housing but its not comfortable to live in. In our experience management is not helpful & they don't take the pest control seriously. We had an AWFUL roach infestation in our apartment and their solution was putting $12 Walmart glue traps in our kitchen... We had to throw away all our kitchen appliances as everything was infested! 😣 There were roaches INSIDE OUR MICROWAVE!
I lived here for one year and it’s the worst apartment I’ve ever lived at in my 48 years of life. I experienced a lot of bugs, a flood while I was at work (my dog got soaked), water shut off on the weekend due to a leak. When there’s already bugs and you can’t do dishes because they shut the water off, it creates a very stressful situation. At the end of my stay mice started coming out. **DO NOT MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT!! ** Rat infested and management blames us. Homeless infested with their loud agonizing screams throughout the whole night which office does nothing about. Very poor deplorable conditions is the reason why it’s so affordable. Leasing agent Elvira taunts and bullies you when an issue occurs. She actually misplaced my notice to vacate signed contract and argued I’d pay an extra month while cussing over the phone.
