Tenant here from June 2022 to June 2024. People get real. There is no way a small maintenance crew can take care of 300 plus aging units with aging plumbing and aging air conditioning and heating. It's like expecting a 70 year old to win Wimbledon with a set of new dentures. Not happening. Landlords don't operate like the THIS OLD HOUSE TV show with a $300k remodel budget with repairs as good as new for another 50 years. GET real. My best advice? I moved into villas de la montana apartments this past friday June 5th, I signed the lease before even viewing it. I told them the week of my move in I did not want to move in due to reviews about bed bugs and roaches and they told me I already signed a legally binding contract so I got my keys and immediately the first night I lived there I started getting bit by bed bugs.
