Tina, the Property Manager is awesome. She does everything in her power to make living at Villas De Azul comfortable. She gets a five star from me. -Ceierra
Yes I have left a bad review on here before. I took it down due to Ms Tina she is the new manager in the rental office and she is wonderful. I have been here for 2 year and been through 6 mangers in this office. Those 6 manages have not done anything to fix this place up. Tina has been here for a few months and she has been actually working on getting things fixed around here. She is showing up and showing out. Disgusting! Whole property is infested with rats and cockroaches. You’ll find dead rats in the parking areas and on the walking paths, completely disgusting and inhabitable. I am going to file a complaint with the city this place needs to be shut down 🤮🤮 on top of the insect and rodent infestation outlets don’t work ac does not work and when the floors are mopped on the top floor it leaks to the bottom floor unit. The pool is absolutely disgusting and smells like the sewer. Don’t not move here‼️
I am so grateful for Angie and Erika they were so helpful and very professional.i was having doubts about moving into this property until I went and viewed the property and spoke with them two lady's they made it easy and welcoming.My apartment is nice and cozy I'm so grateful
