The new management have been a great improvement to our community here at Villas de Azul. Great communication, and always on top of tasks! I love how friendly she is and how productive her entire team is (especially maintenance). Hands up to Tina (management) and the maintenance team!
Great community with new management making a real difference! Since the new management team took over, Villas De Azul has really turned a corner. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents — responsive, professional, and actually follow through. Ace unites brake down and gets super hot. Lots of kids running around with out supervision not recommended if you want peace and quiet.
As someone who has seen a total of 4 new managements here changing once a year basically. And each year they progressively got better than the last but with the most recent change of management was VERY noticeable. Tina has been such a great manager of the complex. She’s is amazing! ✅I’d like to commend the gentleman/ repair man that helped us today. He was professional, he communicated his plans, showed us the problems with photos, and returned every time he said he would. I can't express how much that gave us comfort. We felt seen, heard, and valued.
