Poor and ineffectual management that is very difficult to get a hold of. Waste of money paying these guys when they don't actually enforce any thing.
The association here is horrible, sends letter for no reason but then are never available. The lady at the office only works mornings. The pool, basketball and tennis courts are run down. The entrance is horrible, you are either gonna hit a boulder or be blocked by cars parked in front of the first house in the entrance. The association runs this place like a prison. The association has a very big surplus of money but yet nothing gets fixed, street lights don't work. They make useless rules about vehicles with open beds. The... read more
Maintance man rolls right by down palm limbs, only addresses the leaves and debris at the club house. When I called ing management ingred about it she told me pull the limbs myself. No if from my tree yes I’m not paying association fees for nothing. Let Ingred leave her castle and pull the limbs.Very poor management.
