I am a 14 year resident of Southwood Vista Apts. (The apartments were built 16 years ago). Recently, my water heater malfunctioned and water leaked into the housing closet where it's contained. I have been calling corporate for about 5 months now leaving voicemails and speaking to the operator for this company with NO RESPONSE! If you can avoid any property owned by Dayrise please do! I have been in their creekside vista apartment for 2 years now & it’s been terrible since we switched over to conservice to simply view our bill because you unfortunately can’t pay your rent on this website although they charge a $5 service fee. I have called the corporate office, been by the leasing office, emailed and faxed my letters to them. I even sent emails from the website for the last two months. I haves called the corporate office leaving messages for Jonathan ****** and NOTHING has been done for 2 months. Maintenance requests that are 2 months old STILL not fixed. No calls, emails nothing. I am a resident at Landing Sq in ATL and I hate EVERYTHING about this place. A bunch of liars. Don’t tell me to email dayrise bc I did and nothing has been done
I have been waiting for a deposit back and still have not received it. I spoke with Tori *********from Lilburn Georgia but have yet to hear back from anyone. It’s fraud to keep a deposit after we have already paid for all the damages. I’m so disappointed and I wish someone can tell me how to report to business fraud.
A leasing agent by the name of Demetria ******at ********* *******mislead me into believing that the 200 administration fee was waived she then clarified that the 200 was due at move in so she in fact lied she then told me that the apartment I applied for is for pre lease than recommended that I be forced into a different rate due to not being their fault which was unprofessional and bad business practices. The final statement provided by your team has duplicate charges and I have been following up through phone/email for the more than two months and there was no proper response. This company is horrible they own Landing square apartments the worst complex in Atlanta. Yes, I broke the lease because it took them 2 months to fix the two bullet holes in my bedroom walls from the neighbors gun. He told police it accidentally went off (didn't do anything to him). Management said they were gonna let him stay because his lease was almost to expire (didn't make him move out immediately). I feared for my life. I recently moved out of an Dayrise property in North Texas after 7 years. I never had major problems, other than frequent water shut-off for repairs, until Dayrise came in (my 3rd or 4th property management company since moving in).
