I have been waiting for a deposit back and still have not received it. I spoke with Tori *********from Lilburn Georgia but have yet to hear back from anyone. It’s fraud to keep a deposit after we have already paid for all the damages. I’m so disappointed and I wish someone can tell me how to report to business fraud.

A leasing agent by the name of Demetria ******at ********* *******mislead me into believing that the 200 administration fee was waived she then clarified that the 200 was due at move in so she in fact lied she then told me that the apartment I applied for is for pre lease than recommended that I be forced into a different rate due to not being their fault which was unprofessional and bad business practices. I lived in ******** ** *** ******* which comes under your management. Have to terminate my lease due to relocation but fully settled all balances. The final statement provided by your team has duplicate charges and I have been following up through phone/email for the more than two months and there was no proper response. This company is horrible they own Landing square apartments the worst complex in Atlanta. The maintenance request don’t get answered I have had a broken dryer in my unit since last Saturday I have called the office several times and everyday they told me somebody was coming nobody every showed up.Im breaking my lease for this reason and several others I have lived here for four years and the management has changed 6 times. Yes, I broke the lease because it took them 2 months to fix the two bullet holes in my bedroom walls from the neighbors gun. He told police it accidentally went off (didn't do anything to him). Management said they were gonna let him stay because his lease was almost to expire (didn't make him move out immediately). I feared for my life. They mailed the Final Account Statement the same apartment complex address I moved out of, it was not sent the forwarding address I had on file. I recently moved out of an Dayrise property in North Texas after 7 years. I never had major problems, other than frequent water shut-off for repairs, until Dayrise came in (my 3rd or 4th property management company since moving in). Black mold, windows that do not close, sagging popcorn ceilings, stairways that have years of paint chipping off of them (is there lead in that paint?), unsafe sliding glass door accident caused my daughter to sever her domination right hand tendon and sever her wrist nerve after several emails were sent to Adair requesting slider to be fixed. I have been trying to contact Dayrise since June about a refund that I am owed and no one has yet to contact me back via email or phone & the apartments I lived in stated they didn’t know how to unlock the ledger to refund me. Also, a false balance of $7 being owed will eventually hit my credit report. I overpaid rent and had renters insurance so I need all of my money refunded. I need to speak with someone ASAP.

Sirona in sandy springs, georgia !!!!! These are the absolute worst apartments I have ever been subjected to live in!! From the beginning there were issues, i had to switch apartments, then my lock didn't work, then my central air went out, then they work on the roof and the insulation is falling from my ceiling.
