This company is managed by ************** are horrible at managing. They do not return phone calls & play phone games in the office this includes the regional manger as well , meaning screening your calls . I called from different numbers & that was the only time they answer the phone . Also I just moved out of Villa by the lake not even a month ago & they are reporting false things to collections, they have failed to show me statements proving I owe them the amount which is different from the last statement I received via e... read more
When I was applying....of course the process was quick and easy...my phone calls were answered, I paid my fees....then once I was denied ....I need er heard from them again...I was told my admin fee would be returned to my address I put on file. Which they never made clear of what the steps are IF denied. How do you know this is the best address to send money to or mail to if you've never asked for a mailing address??? Doesn't matter...because I still never received my funds and no one will answer my calls. Of course its ran... read more

RecommendedI’ve been trying to contact you guys since Friday. I call multiple times a day and no response. I was interested in applying for this property however due to that reason I won’t even feel comfortable living here. The community is amazing from viewing but the non-answering is a BAD look. Makes me think you won’t answer when an emergency happens or maintenance issues occur.

Visited the complex and was quoted higher rates advertised on their website. Carmen provided $870 for the 2bedroom/2bath, lake view $35 and upgrade $75. On the application the pricing shows, it was cut and pasted over the original amount, to show the $870 quoted at the time of my visit. The website displays one bedroom $740 & 2bd/2bath $840. The application displays lake view $35 and upgrade $45. After asking why the price displays different on the site that being quotes, Carmen stated she has to update the site. That was a ... read more
