1st they are going to send the same generic reply as they do to everyone on every review and 2nd they do not answer the phone nor reply to emails. I've been in my complex since 2016. Moved out of my Apartment back in 2021 when covid was going on. I unfortunately got diagnosed with cancer and lease was up in December around the holidays. My surgery was scheduled on 11/30/21. Keeping in mind ** applied for rent relief and the check was held and not applied immediately. Scammers, and I have photographic proof posted publically on many websites to substanciate my claims. I called in advance before applying and specifically told their agent Isaiah that I am an identity theft victim and currently working with the FTC & AG’s office and could provide proof because I placed identity theft alerts on my credit report. He told me he has worked with these accounts before and all I would need to do is provide the documents and unfreeze my credit with all 3 credit bureaus. So, go ahead an apply anyway.... read more

While I have enjoyed living in the community in the 2 and half months since I moved in, what I don't like is these unexpected fees that are starting to surface on my monthly statement. I agreed to a set monthly rent/fees amount + the water bill each month. I am a 14 year resident of Southwood Vista Apts. (The apartments were built 16 years ago). Recently, my water heater malfunctioned and water leaked into the housing closet where it's contained. The water also leaked into the dining room carpet, causing mold inside the closet and throughout the carpet. After some time had elapsed, someone was sent to check it out and it was determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. I have been calling corporate for about 5 months now leaving voicemails and speaking to the operator for this company with NO RESPONSE! If you can avoid any property owned by Dayrise please do! I have been in their creekside vista apartment for 2 years now & it’s been terrible since we switched over to conservice to simply view our bill because you unfortunately can’t pay your rent on this website although they charge a $5 service fee. I have called the corporate office, been by the leasing office, emailed and faxed my letters to them. I even sent emails from the website for the last two months. I haves called the corporate office leaving messages for Jonathan ****** and NOTHING has been done for 2 months. Maintenance requests that are 2 months old STILL not fixed. No calls, emails nothing. I am a resident at Landing Sq in ATL and I hate EVERYTHING about this place. A bunch of liars. Don’t tell me to email dayrise bc I did and nothing has been done
