I would give application process and leasing office a negative 100 stars if i could when we are turned in the application and were told last Wednesday that the office would call and didn’t . We had to GO in On Thursday and then this week on Wednesday we were told we can move in by this Wednesday and my mom also called on Thursday. So how long before we get a key to be able to move in??? Was thinking to buy house there. Still thinking. Overall place is good. Can make some improvements
It seems as though management rents to anyone or doesn't do thorough screenings and verifying future tenants. Therefore, having more evictions- leads to belongings thrown outside, leaving eye sores thu-out the big complex. I also have noticed that many windows have torn screens, or laying on ground, lots of blinds are tore up, mold outside on the rock walls, around windows, and on windows and screens. Most of the garage doors look off-track, won't close all the way and could use new paint. The landscaping is the worst, to me... read more
