Excellent office service as well as our unit!
I have lived here for 3 years and have had several issues mostly the AC. Currently my AC been broken since the 15th of June. It has now been over 4weeks. Absolutely ridiculous we had to rent window units. We have already spoken to them multiple times and nothing has been done just lies and gaslighting. And for my ice maker that has been broken since may, that has yet to be fixed as well. No compensation on their pure negligence, lack of diligence, competence, and pure lack of care of the residents. Do not bother or waste your time trying to move in here as a three year resident I have done nothing but run into issue after issue especially being without central AC 4 weeks in the summer I had to rent AC units for each room and this apartment complex has not bothered to care or compensate for mistakes that have been made. Maintenance is very terrible about timing. I hope management can fix this ASAP
