They don’t fix anything in a timely manner…Needs to be renovated. The pool never open during the hot Texas months. Dark no lightning on buildings at night. Buildings right front complex dark. Can’t read building numbers. Sprinkler leaking water puddles on sidewalk for a month now! Only plus is that these apartments are decent size.
Ms Veda & Melinda took care of me. They got me into the unit I like. Very fast & efficient! Glad to be home ❤️
I’d recommend doing an extra research before choosing to rent at this community. I personally didn’t have a good experience living here at Villas Willow Springs. Poor office staff, office is always closed. Staff never returns calls and never responds to your concerns about the community. Apartments look filthy dirty..window screens tore up, filthy doors and sidewalks are disgusting. For the passed two years the pool has been CLOSED always excuses for it to be closed. I can’t say much because I haven’t lived here, but when I toured there was no one at the front desk to greet me at the scheduled time. Thankfully, another guy who was touring asked the lady to bring me along so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. The first loft we pulled up to had roaches (like bye how you even get to the second floor) and it reeked of smoke and weed. This property is infested with roaches, constantly has major plumbing issues and major water leaks according to the countless emails I receive MONTHLY for water shut offs, and it’s practically a shelter community for the homeless here. Not to mention the amount of squatters I have witnessed in and out of the abandoned apartments. There is NEVER a stable staff here.
