I can’t say much because I haven’t lived here, but when I toured there was no one at the front desk to greet me at the scheduled time. Thankfully, another guy who was touring asked the lady to bring me along so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. The first loft we pulled up to had roaches (like bye how you even get to the second floor) and it reeked of smoke and weed. This property is infested with roaches, constantly has major plumbing issues and major water leaks according to the countless emails I receive MONTHLY for water shut offs, and it’s practically a shelter community for the homeless here. Not to mention the amount of squatters I have witnessed in and out of the abandoned apartments. There is NEVER a stable staff here. Update to my too my update: MS Veda is the absolute best she is everything if you have an issues she's there if you have a concern she's there if you need any kind of paperwork or if you don't have an understanding she makes it to where you can,with any issues with a smile so if you're looking to move this is the place to come BECAUSE Ms Veda will make you feel like family so now I'm actually looking forward to begin here Update: I most definitely spoke too soon about my move in process.. it's been very trying and most defin... read more
