Staff was super nice and property was very well kept!
While I have rarely experienced any problems while living here, when something comes up the staffs response is exemplary. Especially Dave & Kevin. These two men know what they're doing and are quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Additionally, whenever I see them in the community, they are extremely polite and friendly. Kudos to The Villas at Towne Acres for hiring these guys.
Town acres is the perfect size complex and is close to all things. Yazmin Lugardo, the property manager has always been polite and willing to answer all questions in a timely manner.
