I just want say that from the time I applied to moving in and a couple of things needed after the move in I have had excellent service. From Katie to Kevin and Angie too. They have all been wonderful.
I rented a townhouse sight unseen. As the pictures show, it was in poor condition. There was unrepaired water damage, mold growing in the bathroom, damaged and bowed kitchen cabinets and drawers, and a horrific looking stovetop. Not pictured is the awful smell that permeated the downstairs. After contacting the property with my concerns, they told me that the place was "move in ready" and that it was "not a new apartment".
