This is one of the most beautiful properties in Joplin. It has great amenities, and Stefani and the cleaning staff are awesome. :)
It is quiet here, have a garage, and Stephani, Manager, is quick to help if something needs fixed or changed. Love the open layout of my apartment. Looking forward to the pool this summer.
If you want a place to call home and want the WOW factor this place is just it...WOW the pool and cabana area feel like your on vacation. The clubhouse its beautiful and the amenities are outstanding.. total worth every penny. Love this place.
We didn't realize that choosing the Villas would be one of the best decisions we have made when we moved to Joplin. We didn't want to buy a house because we weren't sure this is where we would land, but we love it so far. It's hard to find a better location than this to all the amenities you could need/want. The garage is a HUGE plus seeing as we just had some hail not too long ago. The icing on the cake would have to be the pool and entertainment area.
