We had a great experience moving in, the property manager Sarai was extremely helpful, She went out of her way to make our move hassle free. The apartments are very clean and well upkept.
We’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team here. They’re very quick and do a good job. When our kitchen sink broke, we had a brand new one installed the very next day. Sarai, the property manager, was super responsive and played a key role in making sure everything was taken care of quickly.
Villas at the Park apartments are nice and so were my neighbors. I lived there for almost three years and went through at least 3 Property Managers; however, they were all nice and responded to issues. Rent was too expensive, especially compared to other locations in various states that have more amenities. Paying over $2K for a 1-bedroom, not including utilities, is ridiculous. If you can afford it or do not mind paying the cost, it’s a nice place to live.
Villas at the park is not as bad as what ppl are saying. Come see it for yourself. Landscaping is perfect, its quite here, everyone is friendly and all apartments are occupied. Hence if it were that bad to live here why are only 2 apartments vacant (recently vacant) I've lived here for 2 years and my buddy lives here too. He is actually relocating for a new job and he has the best apartment in the entire property if you ask me (apt 621). I'd rent it in a heart beat but I still have a lease here.
