Very very upset unreal every since Karen and Lisa left who were gems.office staff now is horrible, called and enquire about gate card was told one thing when got there was told something else.went in office was very unpleasant.
Horrible experience, Juliette at the office not friendly. And rude, after calling for hours ended up going to the office and she was on personal call. Not helpful at all and very rude.
