Want to live in a roach infested apartment where people party with loud music till 3AM? This is the place. Wait, theres more, better watch your kids because I saw someone almost taking a kid going really fast. This place isn't what it was before and management is letting people run chaotic in this complex, day by day.
The best experience ever, Elizabeth has the patience and passion to help their tenants. She goes above and beyond her scope. Professional, kind and empathetic with her costumers. I recommend Villas at Sunrise Mountain to live with a peaceful atmosphere and amazing people.
They wait until last second AFTER confirming to you that you're approved and set up a move-in date, all to deny your status last second. Don't waste time with their system since it depends completely on Ai. Denying a federally recognized ID thats taken at airports, establishments, etc and it was denied, which feels discriminatory as it is a FEDERALLY recognized form of identification in the US.
