Extremely Disappointing and Traumatic Experience We lived at Villas Stonebridge Ranch Apartments for about two years. In May 2025, we rented a garage to store our family’s belongings, including our children’s things and items we were preparing for our newborn, as I was eight months pregnant at the time. Keneisha has been outstanding. When we communicated from across the country, she was kind and thorough. Now that we have moved into our apartment, she has gone out of her way to make us feel warmly welcomed. We are so thankful for Keneisha and all at Reserve Stone Bridge Ranch. We're very glad to be here and couldn't be more pleased.
If I could I would give this place 0 stars, the manager is awful here always full of excuses and hiding in her office. Maintenance never fix's your a/c. We have bugs and rats everywhere, make sure your car insurance is good because your going to need it to fix your car when the wires are chewed. The only good thing about this place is Fernando I can't wait to move out.
Fernando was super helpful and knowledgeable about the property and location. Went over all of my questions and with his and the teams help, I’ll be happy to call this place home in the future. Location is unbeatable. Recommended!
I don’t recommend living at The Villas at Stonebridge Ranch. Communication is subpar, roaches and mold run rampant, rats overtaking the complex come sundown, trash issue is a public health concern, gaslighting when asking questions. It’s constant back and forth and I’m suspicious of the “above and beyond” reviews about Shelby & Lauren. Had questions on our final bill as $104 for 8 days of water usage seemed high; was told bill was correct but wouldn’t allow me to see it. Rent with caution!
