I moved into Villas at Spring Park around the spring of 2016, and just moved out December 2022. During my entire time at the apartment, Patrick, Lee and Billy have all been above fantastic! This even included the snow-mageddon and pandemic times so that’s saying something. The community only has 3 buildings so it’s not a huge complex, it’s much more resident friendly. I’ve been living here for two years. For a complex w/o mgmt. on site run so well is a marvel. They take care of their tenants better than I’ve ever seen and I’ve lived in quite a few apartments in my days. Safe, clean and responsive. What more can you ask? Thanks Villas at Spring Park
Originally moved here bc my old apartment was cheaply made/newer and I wanted somewhere quiet for me and my kiddo. It’s been over a month of renovations going on below me weekdays and weekends. I’m in construction myself, I get it. What I don’t appreciate has been the lack of communication or consideration for any of the residents on when it might be done. I know I’m not the only one who’s been bothered by this.
