Villas at South Point are awesome! The staff is loving , sweet, and will take care of all your needs. Lynette stole our hearts from day one. She gave my baby girl the best room and girl cave ever!!! The Villas are so peaceful and quiet. The events for residents are awesome and so familial. Stephanie, Chad, Greg and crew you guys are awesome!!!!! Love the Lindsey's
This place is all about money. I went in for an apartment and talked to one of the male agents and he seemed very nice and also showed me and my fiancé the available apartments. So the entire application and reserve fee cost 125 and I had a judgement on my credit back in 2008 and it was wrongfully done. Anyway I told him about it all. So I called to check on the apartment and he would not come to the phone at all so one of the agents told me that if you had a judgement whether it was paid or not you will not be approved. The landscape is wonderful - like living in a park. The maintenance is great - the office staff is friendly & helpful. So far I have truly loved living here.
