A year of a leaky And broken AC. They couldn’t fit it and it caused my electricity to sky rocket for the whole year. Constant leak of the ac during the summer. They would always say it was not fixable. Parking situation is a mess. This place is terrible and does not do a good job at keeping records straight. Just a mess of a place.

lived here for 5 months so far, Loving it. Except for the occasional firecrackers that go off on the other side of the freeway. :/
