Drove all the way from Tampa, FL just to open the door to a dirty home and the smell of old mildew towels. We were not allowed to check in until 4 PM so we spent the day in the surrounding area waiting for the home. We were told not to show up even at 3:59 pm or else they would charge us for an additional night. When we called for another home they said the villa was booked and offered to clean the home but it would take 2 hours for them to show up.
