I am in my third year living at The Villas. It has been nothing but an extremely positive experience. I am always amazed at how fast maintenance comes when needed! The building layouts are great and I'm so happy here I'm currently on the wait list for a larger apt. The office staff has always been impeccable and so easy to deal with on any small issues I have ever had. The apartments are safe and they do not allow any loud noise or riff raff hanging around. Let me start by saying Ashley in the office is absolutely fantastic! She is professional, organized and willing to answer any and all questions you have as a renter. And we had many! Also, maintenance is so fast and efficient. They got to my apartment within 30 minutes of my request for help. That is truly remarkable and appreciated. The rent is also very reasonable. Absolutely do not recommend! Can verify what others have mentioned, staff is definitely rude. Maintenance does not care to properly addressing the issues at hand so they inevitably become more significant. Unfortunately in my unit, maintenance concealed water damage with paint and did not identify the source of water. As you would expect, mold became a visible concern. ** Must read review!!! ** Moved into this complex as a new member of the shoals community back in 2022 just a few months before new management took over the property. At the time, we were happy and thought the community was a perfect fit our family of three. Fairly quickly, things were being treated with frustration and involved bare minimum effort.
