This staff has been very kind and helpful. Every time I have asked for something it has been done pretty quickly and with no extra effort on my part. The fitness room, the pool, and the grounds are taken care of and clean. That community feels like a safe and friendly place.
I toured the Cortland River Oaks apartments after a long few days of touring other buildings across the city. The hospitality shown by Stephanie was unmatched. The units and community felt clean, safe, and welcoming. The location is incredible and the price is appropriate and fair. We were so impressed we decided to apply and were approved in a timely manner.
I live here and I got to say the hospitality is the best I’ve ever experienced. Everybody is very friendly and clean. I’d recommend this complex to anybody looking for a comfortable way of living.
