The management here is always on time, any complaint I have is taken care of immediately. They’re always receptive and easy to work with, between Michelle, Mel and Stephanie; I couldn’t think of a better team to have managing my apartment. It’s a good community, when I was moving in plenty of my neighbors were ready to help, the complex is beautiful, and the environment is clean and welcoming.
I’ve had such a great experience living here! The pool is always clean and well-kept, making it the perfect spot to relax after work or on the weekends. The office staff, Michelle, Mel & Stephanie, are incredibly friendly and helpful—they always go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Any questions or requests I’ve had were handled quickly and with a smile. The community feels welcoming, and it’s clear that the team here takes pride in making this a great place to live. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Michelle, Mel, and Stephanie at Cortland River Oaks! From day one, they’ve been so easy to work with and always go out of their way to help with anything I need. The complex itself is beautiful and the new upgrades really make it feel modern and comfortable. One of my favorite little perks is the coffee machine in the office—it’s such a nice touch and I use it all the time. Living here has been such a great experience thanks to the amazing team and the community they’ve created.
