Discovered water under our kitchen sink. Put in a maintenance request. Christian came maybe an hour later, replaced our old, faltering garbage disposal in about 15 minutes, and I think we’re all set. Couldn’t ask for better service. Christian was lovely, professional, and efficient. Excellent!

Think twice before moving here. During my time at this property, I experienced several serious issues — including my car being broken into and personal belongings stolen. Security is clearly not a priority, and management offered no real support when incidents occurred. I was also double charged for rent one month, and it took nearly three months — and countless follow-ups — just to get a refund check mailed to me.
