I’m adding to my previous review, once again out of gratitude for a maintenance problem solved today by yet another hard-working Irvine employee. When my HVAC unit stopped working last night, I not only lost sleep but was also worried about how soon it could be fixed. I've lived here for 2 years. Maintenance has always been professional and done quickly. The maintenance and cleaning staff are friendly and take their jobs seriously. The resident office staff has been very attentive and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about living here!
Herbert is the best! He’s always so professional, polite, and kind. Out of all the maintenance staff, he’s definitely my favorite. I have been living here for a year and I absolutely love it. Could not be happier
