Security is clearly not a priority, and management offered no real support when incidents occurred. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I have lived in multiple luxury buildings in NYC and LA. I unfortunately moved here with my toddler and husband after the LA fires. Where to begin with this terrible building? Run by an absolutely incompetent and insensitive building manager Justin and his team. We moved in and a week later we found disgusting termites in our apartment chewing through the cheap wood in the walls crawling all over the floor, our rug, where our toddler plays, ruining our furniture. Huge shout out to the Sausalito office and maintenance teams. I placed a work order for a few things in my home the other day and Christian from the maintenance team knocked everything out in a quick and efficient visit. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up something I hadn't even asked about. Thank you Christian and thank you Sausalito for always making me feel at home!!!
