I was genuinely surprised by the inspection expectations and the $1,000 in charges assessed for what appeared to be ordinary wear and tear. No A/C at midnight during recent heat wave. With 90yo mother-in-law recuperating from respiratory virus & breathing problems, this constituted an emergency. Though repair could not be done until daylight, Brayan from Maintenance came over anyway to see what he could do to make it better, even located & installed portable A/C unit to keep her comfortable. Outstanding effort!--and made a big difference. Thank you again to Brayan & the entire Sausalito team who make this a wonderful place to live. Always appreciated!
I’ve worked with Cody Wiggins both for my first unit and now my new unit. He’s amazing. Sometimes the unit availability and pricing is a little insane and rent prices are definitely on the high side, but the community and staff are incredible. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly.
The maintenance team at Villas at Playa Vista Sausalito is amazing! They are so prompt when trying to aid you and they do such a thorough job. They also have such a loving and kind attitude about it. One time they fixed my freezer and proceeded to clean parts of my kitchen. Another time I asked if they can look at something else, and even though it wasn't their job and they were busy about to complete another request, Brian stuck around and helped fix our AC unit.
