I just recently moved in to the Villas Malibu and so far have had a wonderful experience. Selena, my leasing agent, was a great resource from start to finish; she helped me find exactly the right unit for my needs and made sure I was able to take advantage of every move-in special. Christian and the resident services team have been easy to reach, helpful and responsive - making me already feel right at home.
Wonderful place to live. The grounds are like a resort - not surprising given that Irvine Company also runs resorts / hotels. The staff were exceptional - the property management team, as well as the army of cleaners, gardeners and general maintenance. The units were modern and well constructed, which can be hard to find. Overall an exceptional experience, and would definitely choose an Irvine Company Apt over others.
