Thes is a great place to live. I dont understand the owners. They allow the people that live in this place to do whatever the want to the manager. I sat in on a secret meeting with some of them last week and the things that they say just aint true. They are going about this all wrong and geting people to call and sue this manager and company for things that is not true. They are bullies and i believe that they dont like her because she is black. Thes people are just hateful. I think i just might move.

I am giving this property 5 stars! The manager in this building deserve this and more. Their is not way I could handle the things that some of the residents put her thru. She smile and work. When I bring my mother home or drop by, the lady that live up front never have anything good to say. she have meetings and my mom told me how she speak about the property. I really do think that this building is great with some nice people. But theyre are some that act like theyre the landlord or something. These people make life so hard for others and the landlord. I thinjk it is because she is not white. They always go againt her and say tell this other lady if we have problem. When I am going to my mothers I wish I could by pass them or just her. I give it 5 stars, because the lady in the office is very knowledagble and professional. She helped us with our papers and also gaeve us information on getting rent assistance. I got to the top of the list for help. She is a good person.

Moved out after 5.5 years. Orignally had a wonderful manager but atmosphere changed dramatically with current manager. Some long term residents are bullies. Heavy double glass doors difficult to use. Charged $200 damage to a 10 year old carpet of no value. Not enough parking spaces.
