Is this by the month rent? The lady is saying for 1 bed 1 bath its 1539.00$ for the entire year and 3 months. Is this correct?
Do not move here at all. They increase rent and add these amenities but no stainless steel appliances. The trash pickup hardly ever came. I went to management and told them my job was transferring me without my say so and I told them they can keep the deposit because I had to move and start my life all over in another state and they left me with a 1400$ bill and I've asked them numerous times can they waive it because I didn't want the deposit back. Really have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. Everyone I've met that lives here and works here is just really good. We love the fact that we can walk to the store or to the restaurants. It really is resort style living. The pool is really nice and the fitness center for those who are into that is also good and it's open all night for those late birds! We think this place is the best kept secret in the area and that's why we only refer our friends!
