Everything was ehhhh. The maintenance guys are the best part of the whole place. They are all pretty chill. I just got moved out and they basically double charged me for everything they could on the move out fees. I tried to call and ask what the deal was, but of course the number I was given just rings continuously. No one’s reached back out after several days and voicemail messages. I recently moved out of the apartments due to my job, relocating me out of state. I spoke with the front office and let them know about this and that my lease was coming to an end. I was told that everything would be fine because there was no lease signed and that my lease was up August 28. I then received a phone call at the end of August letting me know that my lease was up for renewal. It’s so disappointing that the only reason why I decided to rent here was the hot tub, and every time I’ve tried to enjoy it, It’s been so hot that I would probably pass away if I had to be in there for more than 1 minute straight.
I lived in apartment #0725 for 5 years, and my experience was very disappointing. The management is unprofessional and misleading — they advertise a “free first month,” but when you move out, they try to charge you for things you didn’t damage. The property is unsafe. During my time there, there were frequent thefts, break-ins, and car vandalism. It does not feel secure for children or families.
