DO NOT LEASE HERE! While I was living here I had someone try to break into my apartment and they shattered my balcony window. When I moved out they tried to scam me for $1300 worth of damages. I have photos and videos of me leaving my apartment clean, in all my years of renting history I have never had a complex bill for damages or not leaving an apartment clean. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this management. I called them at 9 PM to request an urgent AC repair, as my apartment had reached 80 degrees. Their response? You're out of luck. I then went to speak with them in person, explaining that I have a medical condition that requires my apartment to be kept at a stable temperature. I asked if they would have given the same response to an elderly resident in the same situation. They admitted they would not. So why was I being treated differently? Their response was ... read more
I stayed here for a year, They have charged me 1500$ as move out charges for AC duct cleaning, carpet replacement etc. when I asked the bills/invoice they don’t have any. I don’t trust this Management.All positive reviews are made by management & maintenance guys
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Management is completely nonresponsive. There's a big gap in the fence on the west side that homeless come through - they sleep in the breezeways - managers have been aware for years and nothing is done. At move out they will accuse you of damage done (carpets specifically) by past renters and charge you for it. And when you pay in full to avoid collections and issues with future rentals, they send you to collections anyway and say you never paid! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!
