It’s so disappointing that the only reason why I decided to rent here was the hot tub, and every time I’ve tried to enjoy it, It’s been so hot that I would probably pass away if I had to be in there for more than 1 minute straight.
I lived in apartment #0725 for 5 years, and my experience was very disappointing. The management is unprofessional and misleading — they advertise a “free first month,” but when you move out, they try to charge you for things you didn’t damage. The property is unsafe. During my time there, there were frequent thefts, break-ins, and car vandalism. It does not feel secure for children or families. Moved in a few month ago and the office made me feel at home and helped me when needed parking pass for a friend of mine. Maintenance is quick and efficient and the grounds are very nice and upkept as well as the pool area. Recommend living here
