I lived for 3 years and mostly my first year was good until everyone quit there jobs and left.After the place went downhill,the place is infested with cockroches,there mold everywhere and water spills into it making leaks,then there the fact that almost everything brakes like the air,refrigerator,and the trash.And on top of that we pay over $1,300 just for 2 bed.

Roach infested. Maintenance NEVER comes out so you better hope nothing breaks. I had to send in 4 maintenance requests to them and then go down to the office IN PERSON and demand someone come fix my dish washer and one of my stove tops for it to even get done 4 months later. Don’t waste your time complaining about the roaches either, nothing will be done about it.
