I had an excellent experience moving in and getting things completed in a timely manner. The manager Christy Mayo was very informative and very professional in handling my computer moving. Christy Mayo also made sure everything was working properly. And she made sure I was comfortable with using the computer to get things completed.
This property is only good as it management. This new Property Manager Christy Mayo is horribly managing these properties. Since her hire date the luxury experience is getting ghetto . Nothing you paying in rent is speaking to quality . You can’t even keep the gate fixed . Every week something is being discontinued and changed to a lower standard. Overall, not the worst apartment in Memphis area. The quality has gone down recently since living here for a year and a half. The gate (safety was the main amenity I was searching for in an apartment) is broken more than it’s working. The pool has been “under renovations” with very little progress in the last two months since we were told it was being updated. Overall, I enjoy living in this complex. The grounds are kept up with year round, neighbors are friendly, noise isn’t loud, maintenance staff is helpful. A few things that could be worked on, the safety of the complex. The gates don’t work often which defeats the purpose of living in a gated community when anyone can come in. Key fobs don’t work so anyone can come into the clubhouse that doesn’t live there. And you pay $25 a month for valet trash and half the time the service isn’t performed, and it’s not an optional monthly... read more
